What if a Product Arrives Damaged?

We recommend checking your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage—whether to the product or the packaging—please make a note on the delivery receipt when signing. If you can’t open the package immediately but suspect it might be damaged, simply mark “suspect damage” on the receipt.

Should your item arrive damaged, please send clear photos to support@elitecoreathletics.com. We’ll quickly process a replacement or refund, typically within one business day, so you can get back to training and enjoying your sports gear without delay.
